In with the new and hopefully out with the old!

Okay before we let 2009 go in a few hours, I always believe that with the new, something old needs to go. Here are the things that need to go:
5. Leotards or one pieace body suits. It was enough when Madonna old cooch was all over the place in them, but Beyonce had to go and steal that style of all things and left 2009 smelling like sweaty cooch and spandex.
4. Speaking of Beyonce...no more duel or re releases or remix albums. Stop being soo damn lazy and just make a new album.
3. Recession anything. If it's over good, if it's not we don't need to hear about it every second. And we don't need rich bitches like Oprah and others constantly letting us know we are poor bitches and need to save by buying ish we couldn't afford when we did have money and it was on sale.
2. The Real Housewives of wherever. I will admit that the ATL wives be giving it to me, but they are neither in their houses or good wives. Just have them as what they really are, slightly rich umemployeed hoes with drama and firece no life gay friends.
1. Unnecessary media coverage of celebrity deaths, cheating famous people, and other things that deserve to be reported on TMZ or Extra and not headline news. I don't need to know how MJ fingernails smelled after he died or what size shoe does #25 of Tiger Woods sex nest wears on CNN or the 6pm news, especially when real things are happening that will affect my life or more importantly my money. A ten second story is carried for ten weeks until the next celebrity does some guttabutt ish. People have died crazy and cheated from the beginning of time, it is not new or needed. I need the media to report some real ass news and get it together in 2010!

EXCUSE ME?? WHAT?? BEST ALBUM OF 2009?? ARE YOU SERIOUS? IS THIS REAL LIFE RIGHT NOW??
Sir, your album sold only a decent 453,000 copies which is not even GOLD status booboo! I haven't seen any promotions or any performances from you at any award shows or television appearances, but I have seen a lot of you on top of Mrs.Milian so you definitely get an award for that! But now I have to take it back since you spelled *straight* wrong! DUH!

Quickie Review: New Moon/Eclipse

I know I am late with this review just like the last one so forgive me in advance ok?? Good! Now, after seeing it TWICE (first time on purpose, second time on accident) here is what I think....
IT WAS GREAT! I enjoyed the obvious Edward/Bella chemistry, Taylor made me want to be a wolfophile(pedophile for young wolf boys), the high class divaness that is the Volturi, the special effects were on point, the JACKSONVILLE shout outs AGAIN!, and that the movie didn't shy to far away from the book. I must say that I wish that Laurent and Victoria had a longer scenes and that showed the Cullens more often. Oh!, and is it just me or did Edward look overly bland this time around?? I just feel like he and Jacob should at least LOOK somewhat equally matched (physique wise) so Bella could truly wonder who could put it on her, if you catch my drift, cuz Jacob won hands down for me.... OKAAAY???? If you havent seen it or read the book then do so immediately!


As you may or may not know, Eclipse (the third installment in the saga) is already in post-production and should be in theaters on June 30, 2010!

OMG! I had to share this with you all. Peaches put me up on game with this series and I am watching it as I type this. COLLISION is a 5 part mini series about a group of strangers whose lives intertwine following a devastating car crash. This mystery not only shows you how their lives are effected by the accident, but recaps moments from their past that may change the final outlook of the story. Okay, okay I know!…. it sounds very familiar. It makes me think of Crash(movie), Babel(movie), and Lost(tv show) all thrown together with an English accent. Let me tell you that it has already got me hooked and I’m not halfway through this first episode. I definitely needed this since Lost won’t be on until next year, so check up on it and let me know what you think. Here is the new effort from Brit Brit and I am a little torn. It is rare that I like the video and not the song, but that is the case here. Make it Work?: Project Runway Review!

I finally got the chance to watch Project Runway Season 6 premiere. You know the T, new city: LA, new network: Lifetime, but same Heidi, Tim, Nina, Michael, and sewing queens. Watching it, it had the same feel as before...almost. I mean, well not to give anything thing away for those who haven't watched it yet like my boo Skittles, but LA was really a non issue to my surprise. Nothing was really new and different from the move, even the music was the same. There was the queens with drama (Or potential since no major drama happened except for a meltdown which was understandable with the situation), the stylish never used lofts, Mood, pretty decent location based challenge (which could have been more over the top to set it self from its past city and network), and Tim said his trademark "Make it Work". But still with all this, something was missing and isn't giving me the excitement and fever that I usually get from Project Runway. I don't know what it is or why, but I am not as hyped to watch it. Don't get me wrong, I will be checking each episode and probably posting on it, but I don't yet feel obsessed with it like in the past or even really being passionate for a contestant yet. Maybe after a couple of shows it will, but usually I get it before the season starts. Even though I'm kind of so so on Project Runway, it is providing me some fever. My new crack looks to be Models of the Runway. It is America's Next Top Model minus the tests, caring mentor Tyra, and fierce lessons, but all drama, crazy bitches, and HATE!!! Fuck Project Runway, just have these bitches fighting for the last bottle of water and it will be golden. Unlike ANTM, these chicks are models and need that next paycheck and will take it by any means. Don't let the tame first episode fool you, they are sharpening those nails and Heidi is providing the vasoline. When I first heard about the show I thought it was the dumbest shit ever, but after watching it I am mad we missed five seasons of it. Mark my words, a hoe will be crying, bitch slapped, arrested, and jacked all by episode 3. Read more!

Why was we out of the loop?: Jacksonville Black Gay Pride!

Even though we didn't report it here, I knew that The Jacksonville Gay Pride Event was canceled to the shock and disappointment of me and Skittles. But how did we missed Black Gay Pride. I never knew something like this happens in the Ville. I mean go to any Gay spot in the Ville and me and Skittles seem to represent the chocolate. I always wondered where the fierce Back queens hanged other than InCahoots on the weekend (I don't know if that's still the case). RIP: Worman's Bakery & Deli

A Jacksonville icon since 1938, Worman's will be no more on August 8. The owners say that they can't wait anymore for the new courthouse to be built next door. I have never eaten there before, but heard countless people rave about this place, especially my mom. I sometimes pass it and cars will be wrapped around the corner and made me want to see what I was missing. Check out the full story here at the FTU. But what I don't understand is why now? I know the courthouse has taken a decade to start, but they were making money and dealing with it. But now that they are actually building it and it will be finished in a year or two, now they want to close?! Just A Reminder: Harry Potter Finally Hits Theaters Tomorrow!!

OMG! After waiting almost a year for the next installment of the hotness that is the Harry Potter Series, we finally get our fix on July 15th...... in 24hrs! For the hardcore fans that want to experience it in IMAX3D, you will have to wait until the 29th (mainly because the new Transformers movie is hogging up the screens right now) unless you're in Mexico, India, or Scotland which show both versions on the 17th. New Video: Sweet Dreams by Beyonce

You know this video will be deleted soon so I hope you catch it before it's gone.. but I digress. I just came across the new one from BeyBey and I just can't say that I am fully impressed with it (but at least it's better than that Drake video!!) It just seems like it's all the other "Sasha Fierce" videos she has made but with a little dash of special effects. Nothing I haven't already seen in a everyday Kylie Minogue video, but the fact that I watched it all the way through is always a good thing. Now, the only thing left to do now is #1: wait for someone to find a past music video that she copied the concept from (I hope not but you never know) and #2: wait for all the gays and the queens to start trying to remake the video with their own low budget youtube versions. Either way, I CAN'T WAIT! ENJOY!!!!
