Solange "I'm just my God Given Name" Knowles is back once again with a unique video for her third single "T.O.N.Y" and I just hope it doesn't get snatched away before you get to see it.I really like the video even though for some reason it didn't register with me the first go round. There was one shocking point in the video which had me asking "What the hell and why is she doing that?" but had an understanding at the end! Tell us what you think of the new joint!!

Hot Traxx of the Moment: Janelle Monae & Solange

OK I know few may know Janelle or know her from appearances on tracks for Outkast. But I totally just relearned her after listening to her debut album "The Chase Suite" which I haven't stop listening to and this song "Sincerely, Jane" has just blown my mind Beijing style and its has been on repeat. I love her futuristic but not overly techno sound and her dramatic and yet poetic voice and lyrics. I hate to say it but I was all up Solange and Lady GaGa album ass, but now its all about Janelle. OMG! I cannot believe Ms. Solange is finally back and bringing it in every positive way. I have to admit I was hating on her after her debacle of a first album but this second album "Sol-Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams" (OUT NOW!!! and you will love it) blows the other away! Her sound, voice, and attitude is on-point this time around and she better be recognized as Solange from now on and not B's Lil Sis! This song off the album (6 0'Clock Blues) is a pure modern Motown love song! See live performance here!

Solange says "I Decided" and it looks good!

I can't believe that she is back on the scene with a new sight, new sound, and a new attitude. Its Solange! (AKA Beyonce's little sister) and she is givin it to me in this song and video even though it looks a little like something Beyonce did back in the 60's, she still is trying to hold her own. Hopefully this next effort with her 2nd album will be alot better and more mature than her first album (Solo Star) which I own and kinda liked at the time but it got so elementary school so fast that it just got annoying. But you know it wasn't all her fault cuz all the money was going to big sis and crew not to mention the mom paying the kiddies in the sweat shops to make them clothes. Shame! You held your head up Solange and now it's your time to shine so MAKE IT WORK!! And one more thing SK, don't do a song wit T-Pain (ain't he on everybody shit these days, ho sit down wit da bottleg switchboard computer voice) cuz he will ruin you booboo! ENJOY!
