Red, White, & Michael!: July 4th Tribute Jam

As stated before, only posts of tribute to Michael Jackson will be made. And since there is no word of a worldwide moment of jam (instead of silence, ever channel, radio, and speaker will play a Michael song to dance to!) I will honor him this weekend by not stopping until I get enough. I plan on jamming out at my family BBQ with the dance album of dance albums. The ultimate party jam album "Off The Wall", with hit after hit that will make the stiffest person shaking it like a stripper working on her last car payment. Fierocia of Music 3008! Black Eye Peas "The E.N.D"

Okay me and Skittles has been riding out to the Black Eye Peas latest club, beach party, car ride, album(don't worry how I got it soo early, just know I got the hook ups!). It took them 4 years and solo albums to come back with the hotness. Not only is this album going to be sound of summer, it will the ish at every club, party, and commercial. The E.N.D. or The Energy Never Dies, doesn't stop with crazy hot beats to keep that ass moving (and car stereos on the brink of explosion, seriously, if you don't have good ass speakers, play at your own speakers risk!), tight lyrics that are ice cold and sometimes hilarious, and full play album(which means you just push play and all the songs are good and groove together so that you don't have to push skip). So tomorrow, 6/9 , the album will drop so go to iTunes, Best Buy, or even better Tar-gay (Target) and get the exclusive Deluxe Edition with videos, 4 bonus tracks and 6 remixes. 1. Boom Boom Pow - If you haven't heard this first single club banger already, you're so 2000 and late
2. Rock That Body - Daft Punk style techno club jam
3. Meet Me Halfway - So 80's Madonna, but with that sexy Fergie soul
4. Imma Be - This song is on constant repeat with tight beats and should have been the first single and will make the perfect Missy remix
5. I Gotta Feeling - Just like the video suggested, this is so the "getting ready to go out and party" joint
6. Alive - Perfect groove jam with that special someone
7. Missing You - Starts out as a soulful trance jam with Fergie and turns into a hot Kanye inspired jam, who would make a great cameo remix
8. Ring-A-Ling - Will be the ringtone on everybody's phone this summer. It's already on mine.
9. Party All The Time - Perfect example of how a song changes two or three times before the end, making it hotter by the minute
10. Out Of My Head - Fergie at her funniest, but sexiest
11. Electric City - My favorite jam with killer beats (literally). My car speakers almost exploded with this jam
12. Showdown - Classic Black Eyed Peas song
13. Now Generation - Even though it's about how spoiled the youth are, this punk style jam will probably be use to sell the very items talked about in the song like ipods and cellphones.
14. One Tribe - The "Where is the Love" joint of the album
15. Rockin To The Beat - You will literally rocking to the beat with this one

Don’t Bring Me Down - Only song I see why its a bonus. Good song, but doesn't match the hotness of the rest of the album

Japanesy Diva: Utada!

If you don't know who Utada is, like Krayon Brooks would say "Get in to it!" She is the top artist in Japan and a mix of Beyonce, Janet, and Kylie. US fans may know of her from songs "Simple & Clean" and "Sanctuary" used as the themes of the Kingdom Hearts video games and her 2004 Island Def Jam English debut "Exodus". Now after years of dominated back in Japan, she is coming back to try again and conquer the US with a new English album. The first single "Come Back to Me" has been released, but no word on an album title or release date yet. I am loving this track and I can already see Bey working hard to either jack it or make an album to over shadow it, Check out some videos showing why Utada is Diva.

I Am Sasha Not impressed!

Name: Beyonce / Sasha Fierce
Album: I Am Beyonce - I Am Saha Fierce
Date: Nov 18th
Genre: R&B with some Alternative vibes and some Electronic Crunk Beats
Peaches Speaks: Since I actually have the album (Don't ask how...Jealous!) and have listened to it. There is only 3 songs total that I like on this album. Video Phone, Single Ladies, & Diva. The Beyonce side seems to be Bey's true voice, but due to it not being the money making cuts that she is known for, I don't feel she committed to them. The Sasha side does has the hot beats and gay clubhouse vibe, but she over do it, making them sound cheesy or fake. My early jam Beautiful Nightmare now Sweet Dreams on the album lost its sexy edge with her over done "Turn the lights On" shouts and other unneeded additions. I love Bey like most and I know this album will still be number one on the charts, but I wish she goes back to her first album and finds her true voice and commit to it. Look at her sis Solange who came out doing what people thought she should do, but when she did what she wanted, her voice shone through and made the songs real and more than just jam of the moment.
Peaches Rating for I Am Beyonce: D, but could be a great solid A if she committed to what she was singing
Skittles Pre Rating for I Am Sasha Fierce: B-, but like before could be a solid A if she lose all the unneeded extras. Just beats and her voice is fine!

Album: 808’s and Heartbreak
Date: Nov 25th
Genre: R&B, Tribal, and Electronic Beats
Skittles Speaks: Kanye indeed decides to take us again in a new direction with this one. Just as the title is named, that’s what you’re getting in abundance (big beats and love songs). Is it the right sound for him? Were the snippets I heard good? I answer No and No in my opinion but maybe it needs to grow on me. I’ll try to endure but I don’t see it getting to “Graduation” status. You lose!

Skittles Speaks: This double “alter ego” disc CD is looking and feeling very different for some “regular ego” folk! After hearing snippets of all the song, both sides have some explaining to do! Beyonce’ side maybe a little to love dovey and slow and Sasha’ side maybe a little to FIERCE and ghetto for me to handle. But because it’s yo girl B, it will still be a hit album. Put a ring on that!

Skittles Speaks: I have only heard and seen his first video for "Crush" and it is pretty good song to step out into the world with. He may have a soft talking voice but his singing voice is huge (can we say biting Janet's style). I could see this album beating the season winner David Cook in sales. He is also kind of cute! Wait, is he 18 yet????

Skittles Speaks: She is back after her "as usual" 4 year hiatus between albums. I really feel she is in a better place so this album should be better than Aphrodisiac was. Heard the single "Right Here" and some leaks and they sound like it will be a "listen to after a long day" CD. Glad to see there's no Monica around to hate!

Genre: Vocal Pop with little Rock and R&B influence
Skittles Speaks: Britney definitely knows how to appeal to her listening audience and there won’t be any exception here. At first I assumed she could not get any better than her “under promoted, emotionally free, but flawless” Blackout album but after hearing “Womanizer”, I can see she won’t let this one be in vain. Lookout wannabe pop princesses cuz the Circus is coming to town!
